1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or contracting our engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners who engage with PrimeWave Lab (Pvt) Ltd.
2. Engineering Services Provided
PrimeWave Lab provides high-performance software engineering services:
- ▸Full-Stack Web Development: Scalable web platforms and enterprise applications.
- ▸Mobile Application Development: Cross-platform iOS and Android solutions.
- ▸AI & Automation Workflows: Bespoke AI tool integration and workflow automations.
- ▸Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Cost-effective CI/CD pipelines and server provisioning.
- ▸Maintenance & SLA Support: Proactive monitoring and long-term codebase maintenance.
3. Project Engagement Terms
3.1 Project Scope & SRS
Every engagement begins with an official Software Requirements Specification (SRS) detailing deliverables, technical architecture, cost breakdown, and milestone deadlines. Scope alterations require written approval.
3.2 Payment Terms & 50% Deposit
Standard payment milestones are structured as:
- 50% initial milestone deposit required before development commences.
- Remaining 50% balance due upon final staging demonstration and pre-launch sign-off.
- Milestone tranches apply to enterprise-scale engagements.
3.3 Timelines & Staging Previews
We provide regular staging previews and updates. Delays resulting from client feedback lags, credential delays, or scope additions will proportionally extend delivery schedules.
4. Intellectual Property & Source Code Rights
Standard Deployment Model
By default, PrimeWave Lab builds and deploys your application directly to your designated cloud server infrastructure. Under this standard arrangement:
- You own the deployed application, its data, and its runtime functionality.
- Source code is maintained and secured exclusively by PrimeWave Lab under SLA.
Source Code Purchase Option
Clients wishing to acquire full source code ownership must execute a dedicated Source Code Transfer Agreement subject to an additional buyout fee.
Modified Code Policy
If the source code is transferred and subsequently modified by third-party developers, any future diagnostic intervention or debugging requests will be billed at standard engineering consultation rates.
5. Client Responsibilities
- ▸Provide prompt technical feedback, design approvals, and verification.
- ▸Furnish necessary media assets, API keys, and deployment credentials.
- ▸Remit agreed milestone payments per the SRS payment schedule.
6. Limitation of Liability
PrimeWave Lab shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party service disruptions. Total liability under any circumstance is capped at the total amount received for the contracted project.
